MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Since Sentimental Productions began in 1988 with the
production of The Unsinkable Delta Queen, we have enjoyed bringing
glimpses of history to people of all ages in an entertaining way. Through
subsequent video productions we have simultaneously sought to revive
memories, whether through story or song.
In the Americana Series, we use our unique storytelling style to bring
back familiar images and topics of our nation’s past. These videos
incorporate historical footage—often from the National Archives or
museums and presidential libraries—along with photographs and interviews
of those Americans who lived the episodes and eras portrayed.
The Sentimental Sing-Along Collection capitalizes on familiar melodies and
lyrics that have been popular for generations. The Sentimental
Entertainers who perform these well-known songs are both talented and
enthusiastic. They play a variety of instruments to lend their own special
touch to the well-known songs.
Over the years, we have consistently insisted on the highest production
quality to insure the maximum enjoyment by viewers of any age. That
